Working for a large national corporate owned restaurant chain I am very used to being able to make ONE call to fix any issue in my business. This weekend I couldn’t get ANYONE to take my issue with my draft beer system and OWN it. Literally all my vendors (that I spend THOUSANDS of dollars with). left me high and dry. I kid you not, NO ONE said they could help me. 

I called one last resort contact that gave me AEGIRs contact info. It was a FRIDAY EVENING when I called them. I repeated my story I had told about 5 different times and got interrupted before I could finish with them. He said, “Hey man, don’t want to be rude, but I hear you man. I will Be there in two hours and I guarantee I won’t leave you till you are ok.” I can’t over emphasize how much that meant to me after all the rejection I got FROM MY REGULAR VENDORS. AEGIR is owned and staffed by people that remember what this business is all about… PEOPLE… and the stories they tell about you. 

I promise. I am telling this story for years to come and I will do all I can in my company to make them known and I highly recommend they are your folks to go to when you need them
